Why do I think I can read minds? Here’s the gist: I am a reader; I read a lot; I even read in my sleep. You don’t believe me? I will tell you about reading in my sleep later.

Whenever I read, I feel like I’m reading the author’s mind. In the real sense, I am. There is so much that authors put in their books—many secrets and mysteries that cannot be expressed by talking but by writing them down.

I hear what people say, even when they are quiet. At least, that’s what I tell myself. But, on a more serious note, book readers are mind readers. After reading a book, I go around feeling like a superwoman, like I just consumed someone’s mind.
